Camryn Micayla Brittain, of Houston, Texas passed away at the age of 23 on Sunday, June 5, 2022 in Cypress, Texas. She was born on March 2, 1999 in Houston, Texas to Michael Lee Brittain and Alicia Michele Miller.
Camryn graduated from Jersey Village High School in Jersey Village, Texas in 2017. She then went on to become a volunteer firefighter at Westlake Fire Station in Cypress.
Camryn was a young, thoughtful, and beautiful soul with so much spirit and enthusiasm for life. She loved her family and friends deeply and had an infectious laugh and smile that drew you in. Her sense of humor and positive attitude were uplifting to everyone around her. She loved travelling to Colorado with friends and family to snowboard and always dreamed of living near the mountains with her boyfriend Dustin and their two huskies. She was very passionate about astronomy, absorbing as much as she could and loved riding her motorcycle. She often enjoyed reading and listening to music and she was dedicated to fitness and health, spending hours at the gym.
She was survived by her boyfriend and love of her life Dustin Anderson. Mother Alicia Miller. Father Michael Brittain and stepmother Shadow Brittain. Brother Aaron Brittain and his girlfriend Mikala Allen and sister Madeline Miller. Significant additional people include Grandparents Robert and Rosie Brittain and Bill Lewis, Aunt Adrian Brittain, and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her Great-Grandfather Buddy McFarland, Great-Grandfather Gunter Berghoff, Great-Grandmother Rosalie Berghoff, Grandmother Janet Lewis, Uncle Chris Brittain, and Great Aunt Debbie Lynch.
Services will be held on Tuesday the 14th of June 2022 at the Foundry United Methodist Church in Jersey Village. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM and the funeral will begin at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at 1:00 PM at Carmen Nelson Bostick Cemetery in Tomball. All will be officiated by Reverend Rene Truan.
