Charlotte Mae Threeton Long Pruiett
Was born in Houston, Texas on January 7th, 1929 and passed away on March 11, 2012. She was 83. Charlotte was an outgoing and loving mother and grandmother. Even in the last years of her life, she still loved to play the piano so that she could sing with her family and friends. Pruiett and resided in both Plantersville and Tomball, Texas until Wilson's death in 2005. Charlotte then returned to Houston, where she lived for the last seven years.
Charlotte leaves three children, five stepchildren, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to James and Wilson, she was preceded in death by her parents W. Weston and Lillian Threeton and her sister, Thelma L. Knigge. She is survived by her sisters, Mildred Reine and husband Art, Peggy McCown and husband Ronal; her sons, Dr. Delwin J. Long and wife Linda of Deer Park, Ricky D. Long and wife Kathryn of Tyler, and daughter Cynthia L. Smith and husband Timothy; step-sons Robert Pruiett and wife Sarah of Austin, John Pruiett and wife Mireya; and step-daughters Bonnie Bums, Helen Fisher and husband John, and Linda Park and husband Jack.
