Eric Van Johnson 65, of Houston, TX passed away January 27, 2021. Eric was born February 18, 1956 in Houston, TX to the late Clemmie Johnson and Agnes Clark Johnson. Eric is survived by his loving daughters Erica Young and Dejanae Johnson; son, Eric Johnson Jr; brother, Donnie Johnson (along with wife Vanessa); four sisters, Robin Baker (along with husband Roy), Tammy Moten, Evette Hamilton, and Daphne Giles; along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren and beloved friends. He enjoyed fellowshipping with brothers in Christ, working on construction projects, and spending time with his family.
Services are scheduled for Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Crestmont Park Church of Christ with the Visitation beginning at 10:30am and the Funeral Service starting at 11:30am. A Graveside Service will take place following the Funeral Service at 1:45pm at Houston National Cemetery.
