Florence Newman Horton "Flo"

Flo Horton, 91, passed away on April 16th at her home in Houston Texas.

She is survived by her daughters, Carol Durman and Lisa Walker, and her sons, William Horton and David Horton. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years and love of her life, Captain Will Horton.

A memorial service will be held at Emmanuel Episcopal Church (Memorial and Eldridge) on Saturday, April 26th at 10:00.

With a zest for life and a hopeful future without cancer, she asked that in Lieu of flowers a donation be made to her grandson, Tanner Walker, who is biking to Alaska with Texas 4000 for Cancer Team to spread Hope, Knowledge and Charity in memory of her name.
