Onesimo Zuniga Segovia, Sr.

Onesimo Zuniga Segovia, 89, died peacefully at his home in Sugar Land surrounded by his family on September 24, 2017. He was born to Blas Segovia and Silveria Zuniga.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife of 53 years Maria Rosita Segovia, his sisters Julia, Eustolia, Dolores and brothers Juan and Jose. He is survived by his children Irma Segovia Rios and William, Ester Segovia Blumrick and Johnny, Gloria Segovia Gonzales and Robert, Minerva Segovia Hinojosa and Rolando, Cynthia Segovia Lira and Larry, Onesimo Segovia Jr. and Celina, 20 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 from 5 to 8 in The Chapel of Beresford Funeral Service (13501 Alief Clodine Road Houston, TX 77082 281-933-9090), with the Rosary at 7 PM.  The funeral will be at 10 A.M. on Thursday, September 28, also in our chapel.  Interment will follow at San Gabriel Cemetery in Richmond, TX.

Pall Bearers include:   Andre Segovia, Bryan Brinkman, Victor Barron Jr., Onesimo Segovia Jr., William Rios Il, Jose Solis, and Christopher Perez.
