ARCHIBALD M. MCKELLAR, beloved husband, father and Paw Paw, born February 19, 1937, passed away February 24, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Archie is survived by his wife Barbara; children Art McKellar and wife Ann, Stacy Jenkins and husband Bob, Michael McKellar and wife Lisa and step-daughter Caron Norton; Grandchildren: Jackson and Megan McKellar, Avery and Jason Kabrich, Rachel Jenkins, Michael, Danielle, Kristin and Kayla McKellar, Christopher and Celeste Norton, Ken Norton and Adam Norton. Great Grandchildren: Nathalia and Gabriella Norton, and Cameron Young. Sisters: Frances McCann, Jean McMullen, and Barbara Trammell and husband Louy; Sisters-in-law, Marian Jackson and husband Art, Linda Sizemore and husband John: numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Archie will always be remembered and cherished for his wonderful, sweet and loving spirit. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at the Covenant of Faith Church, 7900 Fuqua, Houston, TX 77075 at 2:00 pm, officiated by Jamer De Fabio.

I was so sorry to hear about Archie. I am one of his first cousins, being the daughter of his uncle, Bud Watson. My condolences to his wife and family.
Archie's sister, Barbara is my oldest friend. I've know Archie since we were all kids in Garden Villas. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I have never known a kinder, sweeter guy.
