Breaux B Eckert

Breaux B Eckert of Tomball, Texas passed away at the age of 69 on Wednesday, October 11th, 2023. 

Breaux was born on October 9th, 1954, to Raymond H. Eckert and Lou Ella “Breaux” Eckert in Yuma, Arizona. 

As children of a military family, Breaux, and his older two siblings traveled throughout most of their childhood. Breaux attended and graduated from high school in Glendale, Arizona. He attended Texas Tech University, majoring in business, during which time he dedicated his life to the Lord at a Billy Graham Conference. After college, he owned his own landscaping business in Dallas, Texas. Breaux continued his work in agriculture while employed by the Texas State Prison in Huntsville, Texas. He later became a lead accountant at BJ Services, in Houston, Texas. 

Breaux had a passion for baseball and college football, with a strong passion for the Houston Astros, the LSU Tigers, and his alma mater, Texas Tech. He was extremely loving and dedicated to his family and a caretaker for his parents. 

Above all else Breaux loved the lord and dedicated his life to being of service to others as Christ was to the church. 

Breaux is survived by his brother, Greg Eckert (Jackie), his sister, Cheri Paddon. 
His nieces and nephews, Trish Dooley (Dan), Jeff Paddon (Carrie), Meredith Stone (Jeremiah), Kristen Varley (Mike) Bethany Evans (John) and Annalisa Paddon. 
His grand-nieces and grand-nephews: Ella, Grayson, Jay Jay, Dasha, Juliette, Vivienne, Elisabeth, Harper, Rowen, Riley, and Jaxsen. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Lou Ella Eckert, and his brother-in-law, Donald Paddon.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 24th, 2023 
Location of graveside service is Carmen Nelson Bostick Cemetery

A celebration of Breaux’s life will be held after the gravesite service at Bayou City Fellowship in Tomball Texas.
