Conchita was born May 8, 1934, in Guanajuato, Mexico. She was married at an early age to her husband Julio Perez (†). Conchita Perez is survived by her children Antonia Lucio; Husband Antonio (†), Juanita Rocha; Husband Carlos, Lupita Gonzalez; Husband Miguel, Dora Morales; Husband Alvaro; Eva Perez, Claudia Reyes; Husband Roy, Raul Perez; Wife Patricia, Jesus Perez; Wife Patty, Juan Perez, Julio Perez; Wife Zaira. Conchita enjoyed 36 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Conchita was a member of the Centro Cristiano Koinonia and enjoyed spending time with her family, witnessing to others about her faith, and supporting and participating in missions. Her greatest passion was hosting Bible studies and fellowships in her home.

Conchita nació 08 de mayo 1934, en Guanajuato, México. Se casó con el Sr. Julio Perez (†) a muy temprana edad. Le sobreviven sus hijos Antonia Lucio y su esposo Antonio (†), Juanita Rocha y su esposo Carlos, Lupita González, y su esposo Miguel, Dora Morales y su esposo Alvaro; Eva Pérez, Claudia Reyes, y su esposo Roy, Raúl Pérez, y su esposa Patricia, Jesús Pérez y su esposa Patty, Juan Pérez, Julio Pérez y su esposa Zaira. Conchita disfruto de sus 36 nietos, 23 vis-nieto y 2 tataranietos.
La Hna. Conchita fue miembra de Centro Cristiano Koinonia y se deleitaba pasando el tiempo con su familia, testificando de su fe en Dios a otros, apoyando y participando en misisones a Mexico. Su pasion mas grande fue patrocinar estudios Biblicos y de companerismo en su hogar.
