Eva Higginbotham Anderson, beloved mother, "Mimi", sister, aunt, friend, went to heaven August 9, 2006. She was surronded by her loving family. Eva was born December 16, 1926, to Albert and Lula Higginbotham in Lovelady, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Frank Hainey and Andy Anderson, and five siblings. She is survived by her children: daughter Melodie Blakemore and husband Bill, Plano TX; son Ricky Anderson and wife Valerie, Spring, TX; daughter Cindy May, Spring, TX; twin-sister, Reva Hearon, Kosse, TX; stepsons: Bruce Anderson and wife Shiela, Theodore, AL; David Anderson and wife Cheryl, Bowling Green, KY.; 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
Services will be held at Copperfield Church, 8350 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77095. Visitation will be Sunday, August 13, 2006, 6pm-8pm. Funeral will be Monday, August 14, 2006 at 11am, which is followed by graveside services at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway.
Pallbearers: Bo Dodd, Andy Anderson, Matthew May, Cliff Jahn, James Anderson, Blake Blakemore.
