Fred Looper, 79, passed away on August 6, 2007 at the El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, California. Mr. Looper was born March 26, 1928 in Dallas, Texas to Fred Espy Looper, Sr. and Esther Janaway Devereaux Looper. During World War II he proudly served his country in the United States Merchant Marines from 1944 to 1946. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Sheila Looper; son: Kelly Looper; daughters: Debbie Cuiska and her husband Greg, Vicki Contella and her husband Charles, & Kristy Padilla and her husband Gary; brother: Al Looper; seven grandchildren: Tommy Cuiska, Julie Cuiska, Devon Padilla, Parker Padilla, Taylor Padilla, Bethany Padilla, Tiffany Cole; and one great-grandchild: Chelsie Cuiska. His life will be honored and remembered during a graveside service to be held on Saturday August 11, 2007 at 11:00 am at Restland Memorial Park, Greenville Avenue at Restland Rd. in Dallas, Texas.
