Gail Cowart Wood, 74, passed away on October 22, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in San Antonio on December 24, 1940 to Ernest Victor Cowart and Gladys Earle Childers Cowart.
Her husband, Jerry Dean Wood, died September 11, 1991. She is survived by her daughter, Dena Lynn Wood; her son, James Wood; and her brother Eugene Ernest Cowart & wife Betty. She also leaves behind granddaughters, Danndya, Vevah and Gina and grandsons, Jessi and Frankie; great granddaughters, Brittany, Serenity, Chloe and Journi; and great grandsons, J.R. and Ryker.
Graveside service will be Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
