Helen Joyce Blasingame, 97, or B as she was known by everyone, passed away Monday October 5, 2015 in Houston, Texas. She was born to Fred and Nell Keller on August 22, 1918 in Dallas, Texas. Helen was pre-deceased by her husband, Doc Blasingame and her daughter Sharolyn Blasingame. She is survived by her children, Larry Lamar Blasingame of Arlington, Texas
She will be buried beside her loving Husband O. M. (Doc) Blasingame in Dallas, Texas at Restland Cemetery at 11:00 am Saturday October 17, 2015.

Helen was pre-deceased by her husband, Doc Blasingame and her daughter Sharolyn Blasingame. She is survived by her children, Larry Lamar Blasingame of Arlington, Texas
(Betty Blasingame) and Diane Blasingame Grinsfelder of Houston, Texas (Gary Grinsfelder). She was blessed to have five Grandchildren, Lara Blasingame Hancock (Rusty Hancock), Kimberly Blasingame Strittmatter (Scott Strittmatter), Ami Grinsfelder Valdez (Stan Valdez), Garrett Grinsfelder (Norma Grinsfelder) and Michael Grinsfelder. Helen also had eight great-grandchildren that she doted on; Claire Valdez, Jackson Valdez, Elizabeth Valdez, Oscar Grinsfelder, Isaac Grinsfelder, Luke Strittmatter, Jude Strittmatter, Henry Strittmatter and J. T. Hancock. Helen graduated from Crozier Tech High School in Dallas and was a homemaker in Dallas and Arlington, Texas before moving to Houston, Texas in 2007.
She will be buried beside her loving Husband O. M. (Doc) Blasingame in Dallas, Texas at Restland Cemetery at 11:00 am Saturday October 17, 2015.
