Pamela Brouillette Coco, 64, of Magnolia, Texas, formerly of Marksville, Louisiana, and Lafayette, died on May 16, 2012 at 12:30am at the NEXUS Specialty Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas. She is at peace now after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. She was preceded in death by her father, James (T-Jim) Brouillette, Jr.
She was born July 16, 1947, in Marksville, Louisiana, to the late J.M. Brouillette, Jr. and Theresa David Brouillette, and was the first of four children. She lived in Marksville, Louisiana and graduated from Marksville High School in 1965. She married Terrell Thomas Coco on May 8, 1967.
Pam attained a B.A. Degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. She and her husband Terry lived in numerous locations around the world while Terry served in the USAF and later as an oilfield consultant.
Pam's passion was for her family and friends; she was a loving mother, grandmother, godmother, aunt, sister and friend to all who knew her. She lived for her husband, children and grandchildren and was the living embodiment of unconditional love. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Terry Coco of Magnolia, Texas; son Troy Coco of The Woodlands, Texas; daughter Tricia Coco Brasseaux and son-in-law Brent of Katy, Texas; three grandsons, Avery Coco and Luke and Lane Brasseaux, and one step-granddaughter Jeanne Schultz; mother Theresa Ann Brouillette of Marksville, Louisiana; sisters Sandra Brouillette of Lafayette, Louisiana, and Peggy Havard and husband Frank of Marksville, Louisiana; and one brother Mike Brouillette of Oakdale, Louisiana.
Her family wishes to thank all of her family and friends for their visits, e-mails, notes of encouragement, masses, flowers, medals, plants and cards.
A Christian mass will be held at 11:00 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 141 South Washington St., Marksville, Louisiana, on June 1, 2012. Burial will be at Marksville Catholic Cemetery.
