Peggy is survived by her husband Jerry Allard of Houston; sister Judith Pullen Kull of Talihina, OK; two children, Cyndy and Joel Allard; and two grandchildren, Sabrina and Sophie Allard, all of Houston.

mother. Peggy represented her city as Queen of the Centennial, Miss Greenville of 1950. She touched the lives of many children working in early childhood development in the United Methodist Church over several decades. Peggy was very creative and had a passion for painting, music, and fine arts. She will be so missed.
