Peggy is survived by her husband Jerry Allard of Houston; sister Judith Pullen Kull of Talihina, OK; two children, Cyndy and Joel Allard; and two grandchildren, Sabrina and Sophie Allard, all of Houston.

HOUSTON - Peggy Jean Pullen Allard was born in Greenville, Texas on April 20, 1929 to Gilbert and Bertha Pullen. She died in a Houston hospital on December 10, 2012. Gracious, beautiful, fun, extraordinary, she loved everyone and never met a stranger. Peggy was a loving and devoted wife and mother. Peggy represented her city as Queen of the Centennial, Miss Greenville of 1950. She touched the lives of many children working in early childhood development in the United Methodist Church over several decades. Peggy was very creative and had a passion for painting, music, and fine arts. She will be so missed.
