Robert David Forrest

Robert David Forrest, beloved father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many, passed away suddenly on Monday October 10th at his home in Houston, Texas.
 
He was known as Bobby to his family and Bob to his friends and coworkers.  He loved his family, friends, and over the years, his dogs Blue and Beau.  He worked in the construction business and was a dedicated hard worker, willing to do whatever was needed to complete a project and keep everyone happy.  He took pride in his work and in his home.  Bobby was witty and told many great and funny stories and jokes.  All of our get togethers would be full of laughter.  He had many interests and loved music from the 60s-70s-80s.  He was always singing or humming something and would surprise us many times by knowing all the words to so many songs.
 
Bobby will be greatly missed by his family and friends.  He believed in God and is now in a better place.

A memorial celebration will be held at Bayou City Fellowship on Tuesday October 18, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.  12715 Telge Rd., Cypress, Texas 77429

My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?
