Rick Jacoby

Rick Jacoby, 43, of Spring, Texas passed away unexpectedly into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, November 9, 2018.

Rick was born September 17, 1975 in Managua, Nicaragua. After graduating from Westfield High School in 1994, he attended to Sam Houston State University. Rick’s greatest love and pleasure in life was spending time with his wife, four children, his mom, and close family. He had a compassionate heart and loved spending time playing soccer, working out and cooking with his family. Rick loved the Lord Jesus and was known for his incredible memory of Bible verses as well as his passion for sharing the gospel with everyone he met. His strong, vibrant personality and friendly nature was something people recall most about him. He had a tremendous sense of humor and loved to make people smile. He never met a stranger and would help everyone he met. He was a member of Spring Baptist- Klein Campus in Spring, Texas.

Rick is survived by his wife, Jenny of Spring, two daughters and two sons, Lenae Alexandra, Kayla Marie Nicole, Enrique Ramon “Ricky” and Logan Elijah of Spring; parents, Bob and Francys King; sister Karina and husband Junior of Cypress; brother Christian and wife Amy of Rosenberg; stepbrother Ben and wife Kara of Austin; nephews Randy and wife Chelsea, Wesley, and Brannon; nieces Ava, Isabelle, Julianne, Charlotte and Tierney. He will be missed by many more cousins, extended family members and friends.

Rick was greatly loved and we will miss him but we look forward to seeing him again in heaven. Romans 8:38-39 says, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, nor angels or demons, nor present fears today or worries about tomorrow, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing can separate us from the love of God through Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Pallbearers will be Christian Jacoby, Clayton Tapp, Francisco Alexander, Randy Wilburn, Jorge Jacoby, and Ben King.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:

November 15, 2018 at Spring Baptist- Klein Campus, 21825 Bridgestone Lane, Spring, Texas 77388

• Visitation 10 am to 11 am
• Service 11 am to 12 pm
• Lunch (provided by church) 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
• Meet at cemetery for burial 2:30 pm
