He is survived by his mother, Elsa Chazari; sisters, Karla Chazari, and Daniela Chazari; his grandfather, Manuel Ortiz; and cousins, Maria Aguilar, Jesus Aguilar, and Lidya Vazquez.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Arturo Chazari.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, July 17, 2020 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (3450 S. Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77082) starting at 9AM followed by burial at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
