In Memory of
Josephine Ramos
-

Josephine Ramos, 50, passed away on February 14, 2020 in Houston, Texas.  She was born in Houston on February 22, 1969.

She is survived by her son, Brandon Ramos; mother, Antonia Flores Diaz; siblings, Rita DeLeon, Rosemary “Rosie” Lattanzi, Valentina Vale, Pedro “Pete” Ramos, Alicia “Alice” Owen, Carmen Garcia, Erica Ramos, and Richard Ramos; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her father, Joe Alexander Ramos.

Since she was small, she had kidney problems, but this did not stop her from living her life and being a loving mother and sister.   We all were surprised and happy for her when she had her son, Brandon, for we thought she wouldn’t be able to have a child due to her health condition.

She was on kidney dialysis for many years.  When asked how she kept going, she always said that her faith and her Heavenly Father gave her the strength to keep on.  When she knew she was going to turn 50, she mentioned she would like to get together with all her family.    She was so surprised to see that her wish came true, all of us together.  She will be loved and in her family’s hearts forever.

Services are scheduled for Thursday, February 27, 2020 in the Chapel of Beresford Funeral Service beginning with visitation at 11 am and the funeral at 12 noon.

God’s Garden

God looked around His garden
and found an empty place.
He looked upon the Earth,
and saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you,
and lifted you to rest.
With the help of His angels,
they flew you to your place.
God's garden must be beautiful,
He always takes the best.
He knew you were suffering;
He knew you were in pain;
He knew that you would never
get well on Earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough,
and the hills too hard to climb,
He closed your weary eyelids,
and whispered "Peace be Thine".
It broke our hearts to lose you,
but you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you
the day God called you home.
