Carl you were definitely one of a kind. We always enjoyed the parties especially when it started to get dull and you would bust out Old country music that know one knew. lol. You will be missed and the stories we will always remember because of the oddities and fiction. Carl stand tall in front of MacArthur for you earned your way into glory. RIP.

To the family- I am so saddened by your loss. I had no idea Carl had passed. He was a great man. We worked together in recruiting, and we had our good days and some bad. I respected him but he may have not noticed. We had some jagged edges with the pressure we were all under during the time we served together. But in the end, I feel we separated as friends. Once in a while, I would call Carl out of the blue and we would talk and reminisce about old times. I miss his stories and laughter. May God Bless his whole family. Adios, my friend.
