Toy was an excellent brother in law. He was loving and kind to his family and friends. I was not able to thank him enough for taking such wonderful care of my sister and his wife Deborah, especially during her terminal illness. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Toy’s wife was my aunt-in-law and I met them only twice on visits to Houston. I was struck by their warmth and love for my own son. I enjoyed chatting with them from time to time. Aunt Debbie passed away a couple years ago, and Toy told me how much he missed her. And even as he faced his own health problems, he always maintained a grateful and positive disposition. I am sad that Toy has now passed on and I will miss him. I wish his family peace.
