Dillard and Jo then moved to Texas to be close to their children and grandchildren. With the care and love of her children, Jo passed away, at home, on March 2, 2012 in Spring, Texas. She will be placed with her husband at the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas. Known to all as Mom, Mama, Mama Jo or simply Jo, she will live eternally in our hearts.
