She always recycled and reused items to help care for our planet and tried to educate family and others about ways in which they could do their part. After retirement, Laura enjoyed several journeys with friends and family to India, China and Mexico. She was a very kind and generous person and cared deeply about the earth and its inhabitants. Laura leaves a legacy of love and care for her patients, family and friends and our earth. Those who knew her and loved her will miss her in so many ways.
In lieu of flowers, Laura would wish you to donate to Doctors Without Borders and the National Wildlife Federation, two organizations that were near and dear to her heart, as were many others devoted to helping others and the environment.
